I like the words.
I love it when my Grandma says, “davenport”. When I was little, I wanted to grow up and have a DAVENPORT. Not a couch or a sofa, a DAVENPORT. My Grandma is just cool like that. I like it when people say, satchel for bag. But it has to come out natural, you can’t force the satchel. And I love it when females call me Dude. Something about the little sigh that comes before, dude, is one of the most precious sounds to hear from a female mouth. Again, it has to come out natural, dude.
One of my all time favorite phrases, is “run around.” You know, she used to “run around” with so and so. Oh, how I love that. I haven’t “run around” with anyone for years. “Run around” could be a boy/girl situation, it could be an all girl slumber party situation, it could be a puking up rum and coca-cola in the middle of the cornfields, situation. To “run around” is to have friends and to have SOMETHING to do with them. I haven’t “run around” in years. I need some “run around” friends. Anyone feel like “running around”? We could totally toilet paper the Balwin’s house and then score some Mad Dog and stay up watching Headbanger’s Ball, dude.
